What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email, engagement interest, launch stage, stores, and message content. From email or phone: whatever you choose to send. From engagements: materials you share about campaigns and listings, which may include names of staff or creators if you include them. From the site: technical logs such as IP address and browser type when our host records them, and cookie preferences stored locally in your browser.
Why we use it
To reply to enquiries, scope and deliver attribution work, invoice, keep records required for accounting and disputes, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — understand which pages are read. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases
We rely on steps prior to a contract and performance of a contract for enquiries and engagements, legitimate interests in securing the site and improving the pages you asked for, and consent where you accept optional analytics cookies.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months if no engagement follows. Engagement files are kept for seven years for accounting and professional records, then deleted or anonymised. Cookie preference in localStorage remains until you clear it or choose again.
Processors and transfers
Hosting, email, and file storage providers may process data on our behalf under written terms. Some providers store data outside Malaysia. Where transfers occur, we use contractual protections appropriate to the destination. Ask us for the current list if you need it for a vendor review.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to legal retention duties. You may withdraw cookie consent by clearing the stored preference and choosing again on the banner, or by writing to us. You may complain to the relevant Malaysian authority if you believe we have mishandled your data.
Children
Our services are aimed at adults acting for businesses or professional projects. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
