Terms of engagement
These terms apply when you enquire about or book attribution work with Source Canvas Grid.
Acceptance
By sending an enquiry, confirming a scoped letter, or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
The work
Source Canvas Grid provides professional attribution readings and written source maps for new app launches. Descriptions on this site are informational. The scoped letter for your engagement controls the deliverables, timeline, and fee. We do not sell advertising inventory, software seats, or checkout for digital goods.
Your materials
You remain responsible for the accuracy of campaign calendars, store listings, and access you grant. Delays in access may move the delivery date. You confirm you have the right to share the materials you provide.
Intellectual property
You own the finished source map and letters written for your engagement once the balance is paid. We retain ownership of our methods, templates, and prior know-how. We may keep a redacted internal copy for quality and dispute handling. We will not publish your map without written permission.
Confidentiality
We treat launch dates, channel lists, and draft listings as confidential. You treat our unpublished working notes the same way. Confidentiality survives the engagement for three years, except where disclosure is required by law.
Fees and deposits
Fees are stated in Malaysian ringgit in the scoped letter. A deposit holds the start date. The balance is due on delivery of the written work. Late balances may pause further sessions. SST, if applicable, is shown separately.
Liability
Our work is advisory. Decisions about spend, store copy, and product changes remain yours. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost installs or wasted media spend, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Content on sourcecanvasgrid.digital is for information. Do not scrape, mirror, or misrepresent the practice. Links to third-party sites are not endorsements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Johor Bahru have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
