First-window source readout
A concentrated reading of the opening fourteen days after a new app reaches the stores — when most source mistakes are still cheap to correct.
Who it is for
Teams who have just launched and want a calm account of where the first users came from before the next burst of spend.
What you leave with
A dated readout of the first window, including what remained unlabelled and what that implies for the next fortnight.
Included
- Fourteen-day source reading
- Unattributed share explained in context
- Notes on staff and friends-and-family installs
- One follow-up letter after the session
Left out
- Month-by-month retainers
- Product funnel work beyond first open
How the work runs
From briefing to a document you can hand around the room
Freeze the window
Days one to fourteen after store release, unless you have a reason to shift it.
Read
Sources, blanks, and obvious double counting. We look for campus booths, WhatsApp groups, and creator posts that never received a name in the campaign list.
Session
Ninety minutes. Bring the person who can change campaign names the same day.
Place, preparation, limits
Where. Remote, or in Johor Bahru if the team is local.
Bring. Launch date, store links, and whoever watched the first-day numbers.
Limits. The readout is only as complete as capture during those days. We will not invent sources to fill blanks.
Price basis
From RM 4,800. A second window in week three to four can be added.
Figures on the rates page are starting points. A scoped letter follows the first conversation.
Next. Send the exact store release date and which markets opened.
