Pre-launch measurement setup
A pass over links, store referrers, campaign names, and the first-open event before the first ringgit of launch spend goes out.
Who it is for
Teams with a release date on the calendar who have not yet checked whether sources will be distinguishable.
What you leave with
A short punch list of what must be named, tagged, or rewired before opening day, plus a source list you can keep adding to.
Included
- Review of planned paid campaigns and naming
- Store listing and referral path check
- First-open event review against your source list
- Written punch list with owners
Left out
- Placing the campaigns
- Rewriting the store listing for conversion
How the work runs
From briefing to a document you can hand around the room
Collect the plan
We take the media plan, the listing drafts, and any influencer names already in conversation.
Test the joins
Each path is checked for a join to first open. Gaps are written as tasks, not as a lecture on measurement theory.
Handover
You receive a punch list ordered by what would lose the most installs to “unknown” if ignored.
Place, preparation, limits
Where. Remote across Malaysia, with an optional desk session in Johor Bahru.
Bring. Share the draft media plan and who will press the buttons on launch morning.
Limits. Setup advice only. We do not log into ad accounts to publish campaigns unless that is booked as extra time.
Price basis
From RM 3,600 for a single store and a short paid list. Dual store and bilingual listings are quoted higher.
Figures on the rates page are starting points. A scoped letter follows the first conversation.
Next. Send the planned launch week and a list of channels already booked.
